10F Shim (1" hole)

Adding a shim to the top of your hive not only increases ventilation, but creates a space for feed patties during the winter months. Placed above the top box, this additional space allows you to lay the feed patties directly on top of the frames where the bees can access them, and does not impede closing the inner and outer cover.

Available for both 8 and 10 frame sized hives. Simple assembly required.
